Welcome to the Highland Chemical Engine Company Website! We are a volunteer
fire company servicing the town of Pitman, NJ. Established in 1913 as an independent fire company in town to protect
the "The Highlands of Pitman" the membership, both Fire and Social have worked to make this Department one of the Best in
the State. Operating two engines (pumpers), Highland, prides itself on quick response times and attacking fires to save lives
and property.
Thank you to all those who supported us this year with our Chicken BBQ, Fire Truck Housing, Annual Carnival, and Golf Tournament.
All of these were a great success made possible by your support. We are honored to serve you and will continue to try make
ourselves the best fire house we can be. Thank you all for your support.
